YOUR MISSION
* Develop and evolve the PMO framework for Digital HR, including governance standards, project prioritization, and risk management
* Oversee the full portfolio of digital HR projects, ensuring on-time, in-budget delivery with measurable business impact
* Align all initiatives with the organization’s digital HR strategy and drive stakeholder visibility through regular performance updates
* Enable smooth execution through close collaboration with HR leadership, IT teams, and external partners
* Champion agile ways of working and digital-first thinking within the HR function
* Provide thought leadership on how digital tools and platforms can transform HR operations and boost employee engagement
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
* Years of experience managing complex digital transformation projects, ideally in HR or related functions
* Strong understanding of HR technologies, especially platforms like SAP SuccessFactors
* Skilled in both agile and traditional project management methodologies
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and the ability to structure chaos
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
* Fluent in English and German is a plus. Additional languages are an advantage
