<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Delivery Station Supervisor to take a leading role in the day to day running of the depot.</p><p>This role is primarily focused on managing driver performance, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the station consistently achieves its key operational KPIs.</p><p>The successful candidate will be a strong people leader who thrives in a dynamic logistics environment, prioritizes safety, and drives performance through coaching, accountability, and effective operational planning.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>1. Driver Team Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of delivery drivers (3PL.)</li><li>Conduct daily briefings and route reviews to ensure clarity of expectations.</li><li>Monitor driver performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.</li></ul><p><strong>2. KPI Performance Management</strong></p><p>Drive continuous improvement and accountability to consistently achieve the following 4 key KPIs:</p><ul><li><strong>First Time Delivery Success (FTDS)</strong> – Maximise successful first-attempt deliveries through route optimisation, driver coaching, and address accuracy checks.</li><li><strong>On Time Pick Up</strong> – Ensure all collections are completed within agreed time windows.</li><li><strong>Customer Complaint Rate</strong> – Minimize complaints through high service standards, proactive communication, and issue resolution.</li><li><strong>Parcels Per Route (PPR)</strong> – Work with Site Lead and the wider Last Mile team to optimize route productivity while maintaining service quality and safety standards.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Customer Service Excellence</strong></p><ul><li>Champion a customer-first, every parcel culture across the delivery team.</li><li>Investigate and resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.</li><li>Monitor service quality and ensure company standards are upheld.</li><li>Collaborate with customer service teams to close feedback loops and prevent recurring issues.</li></ul><p><strong>4. Operational & Warehouse Oversight</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee daily dispatch and return processes to ensure smooth station operations.</li><li>Ensure accurate parcel scanning, sorting, and load-out procedures.</li><li>Report on daily KPI results to the Last Mile leadership team.</li><li>Maintain clear communication between warehouse, drivers, and management.</li></ul><p><strong>5. Health, Safety & Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Promote and enforce a strong safety culture.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all health & safety policies and driving regulations.</li><li>Conduct safety briefings and incident investigations when required.</li><li>Monitor vehicle and equipment standards.</li><li>Ensure the station operates safely and efficiently at all times.</li></ul><p></p>
