As Rollout Manager Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of our ONE template – a standardised framework of business processes and IT solutions. You will lead and support the rollout of EAM processes across multiple countries, ensuring local adoption of global standards while managing change and enabling long-term operational excellence.
Responsibilities
1. Drive the implementation of the ONE template in the area of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), ensuring smooth rollout across countries and organisations
2. Support local implementation teams and guide them in adopting new processes, structures, and roles, particularly in the areas of asset management, spare parts, and maintenance
3. Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with the defined scope
4. Act as a change ambassador, promoting and defending strategic EAM standards to avoid local deviations from process and system guidelines
5. Identify and resolve local issues quickly to enable a seamless transition to go-live
6. Translate business requirements into Functional Specifications to bridge local gaps in template application
7. Enable and train key local resources to work with the new template and ensure readiness for long-term operations
8. Guide IT specialists and local experts to establish strong governance, ensuring compliance with both central and local IT policies
9. Document project activities in line with defined standards and use collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint) to manage workload, actions, and reporting
10. Proven experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Maintenance, or Spare Parts Management; consulting or FMCG (ideally food industry) background is a plus
11. Experience in leading business process and system implementations in EAM (ideally Infor EAM or Hexagon)
12. Solid knowledge of machine maintenance strategy, spare parts processes, and manufacturing/planning dependencies
13. Hands-on experience with software/module/component testing
14. Strong background in change management and proven ability to lead organisational transformation
15. Experience in international template rollout projects in EAM-related topics
16. Project Management certifications (PMI, PRINCE2) are desirable
17. Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken); additional European languages are a plus
Willing to travel – expected level of travel of this position is approx. 4 days / week.
