What you do: Your area of responsibility is material compliance and sustainability reporting across the whole European group for products and components at the interface between quality assurance, procurement product development, sales and public authorities including: Implementation, management and administration of our material compliance software (Data Cross) Point of Contact for any material compliance related question (e.g. Reach, Rohs, conflict minerals, EUDR, CBAM, Mil Certificates, BIS, supply chain due diligence, waste reporting, etc.) Maintaining the relevant online portals. SCIP, EUDR, CBAM, etc. Defining and setting up processes for information flow, database creation, automated information, etc. Supporting sustainability certificates to meet customer requirements in order to obtain preferred supplier status Support for sustainability reporting in corporation with our European headquarter including software selection and implementation (e.g. Verso, Zeroboard, etc.) Internal communication of material compliance related requirements (e.g. guidelines, consulting, training, etc.) Creating risk / non-compliance reports and addressing them to internal stakeholders Who you are: In a nutshell: You enjoy working analytically, quality is more than just a word to you, and the many aspects of material compliance excite you. In more detail: You have experience with REACH, RoHS and ideally with manufacturing and quality assurance. You are a good communicator on all levels, handling internal and external stakeholders. Persistence is one of your strengths, convincing people about the necessity for material compliance is your passion. You speak English and ideally German as well.
