Your Responsibilities
* Affiliate Ecosystem Management: Orchestrate the end-to-end creator lifecycle, from strategic scouting and onboarding to managing high-volume sample logistics and partnership health.
* Trend & Insights Synthesis: Monitor social commerce shifts and FYP dynamics to translate emerging trends into actionable content briefs for our creator network.
* Content Quality Assurance: Audit and optimize short-form video assets to ensure seamless product integration, high-conversion "Yellow Basket" placement, and brand alignment.
* Storefront Governance: Ownership of the digital storefront’s integrity, including catalog optimization, real-time inventory synchronization, and pricing strategy execution.
* Platform Compliance & Performance: Safeguard "Shop Health" by maintaining 100% adherence to TikTok’s fulfillment SLAs and navigating complex platform policies.
Your Profile
* Platform Native: Deep, intuitive understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, short-form video hooks, and the social-to-commerce conversion path.
* Linguistic Mastery: C2 French for high-stakes partner relations and professional English for internal collaboration.
* Operational Rigor: A background or mindset rooted in precision, capable of managing complex, multi-layered data sets and logistics pipelines.
* Technical Agility: Fast-tracked ability to master e-commerce architectures (TikTok Seller Center, Shopify, ERP systems).
* Location: Based in or ready to join our team in Cologne.
