We are committed to sustainability for both society and the environment. As a Process Expert in Hot Forming, you will be instrumental in shaping and harmonizing global hot forming processes for ampoules, cartridges, and vials.
Your Contribution
* Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base on hot forming.
* Foster Collaboration: Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization.
* Standardization: Define, develop, and implement harmonized global process standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create and maintain detailed documentation specific to products and processes.
2. Identify, evaluate, and promote technical innovations and best practices.
3. Design and implement global qualification and training programs.
4. Support production sites in stabilizing, optimizing, and standardizing processes.
5. Conduct technical process assessments at various production sites.
Your Profile
* Extensive experience and deep expertise in hot forming for ampoules, cartridges, and/or vials.
* Strong background in process analysis, standardization, and documentation.
* Excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills.
