Our Inbound Management Team is responsible for controlling incoming goods, managing relevant item and delivery data, and coordinating with suppliers and warehouse locations. This ensures that products are made available online quickly and smoothly.
As a Junior Clarification Manager (m/f/d), you will work closely with suppliers, internal departments, and our warehouse locations. Your main task will be to analyze and resolve deviations in goods deliveries. You will evaluate existing information, gather additional data as needed, and ensure that non-stockable items are processed correctly and promptly.
Responsibilities
1. Careful handling of item data and delivery documentation
2. Resolution of discrepancies in item data and deliveries, as well as issues related to delivery notices
3. Management and updating of information in our ERP system
4. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and warehouse locations
5. Conducting minor analyses to identify sources of errors
Requirements
6. Completed commercial training, e.g. in wholesale and retail, e-commerce, office administration or industrial management
7. Initial professional experience in retail or logistics
8. Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
9. Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
10. Enjoy working with different interfaces and solving problems in a pragmatic manner
11. High degree of independence and sense of responsibility
