Key Responsibilities
* Implement efficient onboarding, internal mobility and offboarding processes for employees
* Cultivate effective communication between various departments (Finance, General Services, IT, Top Management, Staff Delegation, foreign offices)
* Ensure adherence to employer's obligations toward authorities (ACD, CCSS, ITM, CNS, ADEM)
* Manage employee inquiries and requests
* Administrate and manage HR documents: employment contracts, sick notes, certificates, letters...
Additional Responsibilities
* Produce strategic HR reports
* Oversee payroll calendar and processes compliance
* Coordinate with external payroll providers
* Prepare accurate payroll and monitor compliance with collective agreement obligations if applicable
* Manage tax cards and verify payroll output documents
* Manage salary bank account with finance department (balance, funding, transfers)
* Calculate annual holiday entitlement and manage holiday records
* Manage employee absences, special leave refund requests and long-term absences
* Manage working time (clocking, homeworking, overtime) and teleworking-related declarations
* Manage benefits administration: company cars, luncheon vouchers, pension/health plan, incentive/bonus plan, interest subsidies, other benefits
