Your tasks
11. Core focus: Ensuring the operation and further development of the central Citrix services (access and load balancing infrastructure) for the Bundeswehr.
12. Technology platform: Focus is massively on the Citrix ADC platform (NetScaler).
13. Planning, administration and troubleshooting of load balancing, GSLB, gateway and SSL/TLS.
14. Automation of processes (ideally via Terraform or Ansible).
15. 2nd and 3rd level support including ticket processing in Maximo and documentation in BeWiki.
16. Implementation of complex changes and creation of technical documentation.
17. Participation in the on-call service as well as on-site assignments in the data center if required
Your profile
18. Education - Bachelor's degree in IT or IT specialist training; alternatively 5 years of professional IT experience
19. Professional experience - 5 years in: Citrix ADC (NetScaler) in complex environments, 2nd/3rd level support, and planning/managing changes.
20. Specialized knowledge - 3 years experience in automation (Ansible, Terraform) and operations in regulated/safety critical environments.
21. Certification - ITIL Foundation (certificate must be valid at the time of delivery).
22. Languages - German C1 (business fluent) and English B1.
23. Soft skills - ability to work in a team, structured way of working and sense of responsibility (will be checked in the interview).
