Do you want to become part of a dynamic, international team and grow with us? Lead global Talent Management programs including leadership development, learning, succession planning, and performance management
* Act as a trusted advisor to the STADA Executive Committee and Global Leadership Team on all Talent-related topics
* Foster a strong company culture and boost employee engagement through impactful programs and tools
* Oversee the design and execution of learning strategies using platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, and GoFluent
* Ensure strategic alignment of talent development initiatives with business needs and growth objectives
* Collaborate closely with global and local HR teams to drive high-performance culture across the organization
Senior HR leader with 10-15 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5+ years in a strategic Talent or Leadership Development role in a global or regional context
* Proven ability to design and lead global Talent agendas at executive level, ideally in international matrix organizations (pharma or FMCG background is a plus)
* Experienced people leader with a successful track record of managing and developing international teams
* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
* Willingness to travel within Europe regularly as part of a highly visible global leadership role
