The Role
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained in the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from winning new clients to sourcing and placing top SaaS talent.
The role has two key focus areas:
Client Development
You will learn how to map markets, identify decision-makers, and approach prospective clients. Building long-term, trusted relationships will be central to your success.
Candidate Management
You will build and nurture a network within the SaaS space. You’ll be trained to assess both technical capability and cultural fit, while guiding candidates professionally through the interview process.
You will receive hands-on training and direct mentorship from the company owner, who brings over 10 years of specialist experience in tech and SaaS recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support business development activities across the German SaaS market
* Identify and approach prospective clients
* Source, screen, and qualify high-quality SaaS candidates
* Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
* Manage interview coordination and candidate preparation
* Work towards individual and team billing targets
* Develop into a full 360 consultant over time
About You
* Ideally a recent university graduate
* Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or B2B is advantageous
* Fluent German and English required
* EU right to work essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Competitive, ambitious, and motivated by financial reward
