About Lumenis:

Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver high‑quality technical support to distributors, including installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of advanced medical laser systems.
· Work in a hybrid capacity: remote support combined with 1–3 field visits per quarter across the EMEA region.
· Ensure prompt and professional resolution of customer issues to maintain high satisfaction, while collaborating with service and sales teams to implement service strategies and grow the business.
· Handle customer calls and escalations with urgency.
· Ensure distributors meet Lumenis service standards and SLA's.
· Lead product training sessions and act as the main technical trainer for the EMEA region.
· Identify efficiency improvements for distributors.
· Maintain strong communication with managers and sales colleagues.
· Escalate risks to customer satisfaction or contract fulfillment.
· Manage tools, test equipment and spare parts in accordance with company policies.
Qualification required:
· Degree in Electronics or Mechanical, Engineering/practical engineering.
· Previous experience with laser products, Ophthalmic or Aesthetics will be beneficial.
. Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills.
· Fluent in English is a must. German level B2.
· Good oral and written communication skills.
· Availability to participate in technical training courses and seminars across Europe.
