Regional Sales Manager – Technical Solutions for Automotive Accessibility

We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead our regional sales team across European markets (mostly Germany and Benelux)
If you have a strong background in automotive component sales or vehicle adaptations, coupled with leadership experience in technical sales, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead, mentor and support a high-performing regional sales team
* Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe
* Promote a professional portfolio of engineered accessibility solutions
* Deliver accurate forecasting and market insights via CRM (SFDC) and Power BI
About You:
* Proven track record in technical sales within automotive or vehicle adaptation sectors
* Fluent in English and German
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Willing to travel extensively across Europe
* Holder of full EU driving licence and passport
