【Key Responsibilities】
1. Build and grow the brand’s social media presence in Germany and Europe from market entry onwards
2. Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with global brand positioning
3. Set up and manage key social platforms, defining channel strategies and content formats
4. Lead influencer and creator marketing, including partnerships, collaborations, and performance tracking
5. Create and manage content concepts around EV technology, innovation, and lifestyle
6. Oversee content production, editorial planning, and external creators or agencies
7. Monitor and optimize social and influencer KPIs, engagement, and community feedback
8. Ensure consistent brand voice and compliance across all social channels
【Key Requirements】
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
2. 5+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital communications, ideally within the automotive, EV, technology, or lifestyle sector
3. Proven track record in developing and executing social media strategies and content campaigns across multiple platforms
4. Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships, including collaboration strategy and performance tracking
5. Strong understanding of content creation, editorial planning, and working with agencies or external creators
6. Ability to translate complex technology, EV features, and innovation into engaging social content and storytelling
7. Data-driven mindset with experience tracking social KPIs, engagement, and community insights
8. Lead influencer and creator marketing, including partnerships, collaborations, and performance tracking
9. Create and manage content concepts around EV technology, innovation, and lifestyle
10. Excellent communication, creative, and project management skills, with the ability to maintain consistent brand voice
11. Fluency in English and German required, Mandarin is an advantage
