Job Title:
A seasoned administrator is required to provide high-level support to senior professionals within a leading law firm in Luxembourg.
Responsibilities:
* The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between partners and internal/external contacts, ensuring seamless communication.
* They will provide general and specific administrative support, including drafting, reviewing, and handling correspondence, documents, and files.
* The administrator will manage incoming calls and messages, calendars, and electronic diaries, organizing meetings, calls, seminars, and events.
* They will book and coordinate international travel, process expense reports, and mission orders.
* The successful candidate will also support client file management, document tracking, and liaising with external parties.
* Requirements:
o Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Paralegal, Legal Secretary, or Administrative Assistant in a similar field.
o Degree in administration, secretarial work, legal studies, or related field.
o Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken); German or Luxembourgish is an asset.
o Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
o Familiarity with preparing RCS filings and proxy documentation is a plus.
o Exceptional multitasking, organisational, and prioritisation skills are essential.
o Attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion are paramount.
o A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative is required.
