The mission of the thermal systems business group is to develop and manufacture systems, modules and components to ensure thermal energy management of the power train and comfort for each passenger, during all phases of vehicle use. These systems help to significantly reduce fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and other pollutants and harmful particles from vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines. They also increase travel range and battery life for hybrid and electric vehicles. At the Front Office in Bietigheim-Bissingen we are supporting Sale- and Project activities and compose the interface between the customers Daimler and Valeo-internal departments at the development from Thermal Systems.
Missions
* Ensure a safe, organized, and clean environment in and around the building, and support the production area and offices with all necessary utilities.
* Establish and implement the Site Transformation roadmap, preparing the site for production equipment installation, modification, and transfers, including the management of the CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
* Lead Energy Management action plans (building, test, and production equipment).
* Manage the Maintenance team (direct reporting line) in accordance with Valeo Standard V5000 (internal Valeo quality system), including: following up on Maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, % of planned maintenance completed) and managing corrective and preventive maintenance activities
Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the industry, preferably in the automotive sector, within Production, Facility Management, and/or Maintenance
* Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
* Strong leadership skills with a solution-oriented mindset
