Responsibilities Your impact: Visionary Leadership: Co-create the CMF DNA for Interior and Exterior. You turn abstract narratives into production-ready material strategies. Innovation & Trends: You stay ahead of the curve, scouting new technologies and sustainable finishes to keep our products at the forefront of design. The Bridge: You are the key interface. You speak "Design" to the creatives and "Feasibility" to Engineering, Manufacturing, and Purchasing. Quality Guardian: You own the Design Quality (DQ) workstream. From the first sketch to the master sample, you ensure our high standards are never compromised. Culture Builder: You don’t just manage a team; you nurture talent. You foster a studio culture that thrives on excellence and creative curiosity. Global Synergy: You collaborate with CMF Chiefs worldwide, leveraging global scale while ensuring our European vision remains sharp and aligned. We value the "spark" of in-person collaboration, which is why we typically work from the studio four days a week. We offer flexibility to align with project needs, but the studio is where our CMF vision truly comes to life.
