We are currently looking for an IT System Administrator/IT Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to support and coordinate projects and other tasks in the IT Department for our company and our subsidiary.
Tasks
* Installation, configuration and maintenance of servers and operating systems
* Ensuring system availability and managing the IT infrastructure
* User support: processing IT inquiries, troubleshooting and managing users in relation to IT systems (Windows 11, MDM MobileIron, Intune, VPN Global Protect) and software (Office 365)
* Managing and monitoring IT projects in terms of time, budget and quality
* Close exchange with internal and external stakeholders and regular communication with the IT department, management and the parent company
* Supporting the creation of project plans, milestones and resource management
* Identifying and proactively managing project risks and developing solutions to problems
* Ensuring quality standards, compliance and cyber security with processes
* Preparing project reports and documenting progress and results
* Monitoring budgets and expenses and ensuring compliance with financial requirements
* Supporting the planning and implementation of changes during the project
Requirements
* Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
* At least 4 years of experience in system administration, ideally in an international corporate environment or with a project management background
* Basic knowledge in the use and administration of SAP (advanced knowledge is advantage)
* Sound knowledge in the administration of servers (Windows Server 2016, 2022), networks (Cisco Meraki Switch, Cisco Catalyst, Cisco ISE, HP Aruba Wifi) and with common IT support tools/processes (Teams, Teamviewer)
* Very good communication skills in German and English, written and spoken
* High level of personal responsibility and the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
