Nintendo of Europe SE (Junior) UX Designer* Marketing, Sales & Digital Business | Experienced | Temporary | Full-Time | Level up! Since the 1983 release of the Family Computer (Famicom) system in Japan, and continuing through Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo’s focus has been the development, manufacturing, and sale of its gaming systems and software. Tasks Being responsible for designing online features and ensuring the timely, accurate, and cost‑effective delivery of those features Creating tickets while ensuring you have a solid understanding of the users’ goals and the business value behind them Creating user stories and translating them into requirements that are not limited to specific sites, technologies, or teams Carrying out impact, scope, and technical dependency analyses for user stories, consulting IT Leads and the engineering team to identify any cross‑journey or cross‑platform dependencies (internal or external) Collating all supporting artefacts for epics/stories, such as UX designs, prototypes, images, icons, and translations Defining the acceptance criteria for tickets and the ‘Definition of Done’ that must be met by the development teams Conducting user acceptance testing and acting as the “customer” expert to ensure new features function as intended and meet customer expectations Identifying opportunities for innovation and automation Requirements Degree in marketing or a related field Ideally, experience in UX design and Agile development methodologies Strong understanding of web development principles and digital technologies Practical experience improving digital stores, online shops, or marketplace environments In‑depth knowledge of Nintendo products, customer profiles, and industry trends High data affinity with the ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable insights Fluent written and spoken English skills Excellent organizational and planning capabilities Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships and influence stakeholders effectively Please bear in mind that it might be a Junior position depending on your professional experience.
