Join us to lead market intelligence and innovation activities that define the future of our industry. You will Lead global market intelligence activities to identify technological trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive threats, acting as a key interface between Sales teams and digitalization functions. Develop and maintain market and technology models to forecast industry developments and assess risks in close collaboration with our eight plants worldwide. Drive research & innovation initiatives, scanning global megatrends and evaluating their impact on our business and technology roadmap. Analyze new business potentials and contribute to idea generation, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation-based value creation, including identifying new methodologies and digital solutions. Organize and facilitate R&I workshops and events, ensuring alignment, ideation, and prioritization of innovation topics, and support status meetings to track opportunities and progress. Scout technologies and trends at trade fairs and industry events, translating findings into strategic recommendations. Prepare high-quality reports and dashboards to support strategic steering and innovation governance. Your profile You bring A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or Economics. 2 to 3 years of experience in an industrial business environment (e.g., trainee programs, first professional roles, or internships). Strong analytical and conceptual skills, proven in data collection, analysis, and documentation using digital tools. A passion for technology and innovation, combined with strategic thinking. An independent and detail-oriented working style, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Fluency in English and German and willingness to work in a highly international environment.
