Job Description The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be responsible for driving the company’s business development, sales and product marketing activities. The CCO will play a critical role in shaping the company’s short- and long-term commercial success and ensuring sustainable growth as a Tier 1 supplier in the new market of electric propulsion systems. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Develop new markets and establish business cases Identify and establish strategic partnerships Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to capitalize on new opportunities Sales Leadership: Develop and execute offer and sales strategies tailored to different customer segments within the aviation or any other business-related industry Establish and foster customer relationships Establish & run a worldwide sales network Product Marketing & Brand Strategy: Oversee marketing initiatives Develop go-to-market strategies for product and services Leadership: Work closely with the executive leadership team to define and execute the company’s commercial and development strategy Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a high-performance & development culture Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences and networking events.
