As a Head of Account Management, you will lead a team of Account Managers who are empowering restaurants to simplify and scale their operations through restaurant technology.
** Please note, this role is based in Berlin, Germany **
What you'll be doing:
1. Lead the Account Management team to drive the retention and growth of our accounts ensuring an exceptional level of customer experience
2. Manage the overall pipeline of new and existing customers joining the platform.
3. Collaborate with the Head of Direct Sales to ensure the handover process from deal to partnership is as smooth and effective as possible.
4. Refine and optimize current processes including all tools used to connect and maintain customer relationships.
5. Hire, coach, and develop a team of high performing Account Managers
6. Develop each team member to increase adoption of the platform and payments across existing customers.
7. Ensuring clear communications between the rest of the sales team - Collaborate with the team to ensure Setup checklists are completed and customers are handed over properly.
8. Continue to grow the customer base through up- and cross selling opportunities by looking at market opportunities and developing our team to effectively provide solutions to our existing customer base.
9. Ensure the team exceeds its monthly MRR and KPI targets.
10. Analyze sales forecasts, call volume and pipelines for overall team and individuals.
11. Develop and hire team members for current and future opportunities.
12. Listen to calls and demonstrations and provide feedback to the team.
13. Creating new strategies to help grow revenue streams for the Account Management team
14. Manage high level deals with large organizations as well as well known brands.
What you'll bring to the team:
15. Extensive experience in a relevant Account Management team leadership role with a bias towards coaching and development to get the best out of people
16. Relevant work experience in an industry like retail or hospitality, IT solutions, software sales, e-commerce, cloud applications, SaaS, POS, or technology.
17. Demonstrated ability to lead a group towards common goals and enable them to deliver results
