To strengthen our warehouse and logistics team at the Altendiez location, we are looking for a motivated Warehouse Specialist
Responsibilities go beyond mere warehouse work:
* Commissioning: assembly of customer orders according to internal guidelines
* Preparation for dispatch: packaging, labeling, and loading of goods
* Warehouse organization: participation in optimizing warehouse structures and processes
* EDV-based warehouse management: recording and maintenance of stock levels in the system
* General warehouse tasks: ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the warehouse area
* Supportive janitorial tasks:
o Snow removal and shoveling during winter conditions
o Cleaning the company premises
o Maintenance of outdoor facilities (mowing lawns, minor repairs etc.)
Requirements
We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented person with a sense of responsibility and a high level of initiative. It is essential that you think pragmatically and stand out through your reliable and meticulous work style.
* Completed training as a warehouse specialist or logistics clerk
* Valid forklift ticket not necessarily required
* Professional experience in the field of warehousing/logistics desirable
* Proficiency in using EDV systems for warehouse management
* Willingness to take on janitorial tasks
* Physical fitness and independent working style
* Team spirit and a well-groomed, service-oriented demeanor
