The Photo Imaging business for the Europe region is based in Ratingen and is responsible for carrying out sales and marketing strategies and service operations for any photo ordering, printing, and INSTAX systems. We are a total solution provider for the photo industry. For our European HR team located in Ratingen we are looking for a HR Controlling Specialist (f/m/div) in part-time 20 h/w As a member of the European HR team, you will handle personnel cost planning, reporting, and analysis to enable data-driven HR decisions. Plan personnel costs and prepare forecasts. Enter and maintain relevant data in the TM1 planning tool. Conduct regular deviation analyses to monitor personnel costs. Act as the main point of contact for all personnel expenses and provide actionable recommendations. Take ownership of monthly HR reports. Maintain and monitor personnel-related provisions and accruals. Assist in year-end closing and external audits. Support the manager in various HR Controlling activities. Collaborate closely with other teams. Work with HRIS tools such as Workday and SAP HCM, and financial systems including SAP FICO. University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of professional experience in HR Controlling or a related area. Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions. Experience with TM1 or similar planning tools. Good knowledge of SAP modules FICO and HCM. Familiarity with Workday is preferred. Fluency in both written and spoken German and English. Solid understanding of Controlling concepts and cost planning. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
