Your key responsibilities include:
7. You will welcome our international guests from all over the world and, together with your team, ensure that everything runs smoothly
8. As an expert in your field, you know what our guests need and do everything you can to make their stay as memorable as possible
9. You will plan and oversee the day-to-day operations at the front desk related to guest arrivals and departures, including room sales, room allocation for VIPs and groups, and room registration
10. You will coordinate with the housekeeping and technical team to ensure that rooms are properly and efficiently cleaned and available to guests.
11. You will work with different departments to ensure that all guest data is accurate and to monitor that the specific requirements of the guests are met efficiently.
12. Together with the team, you will work on achieving the departmental goals
13. You know how to deal with guest complaints through expertise and find a solution - you have learned that you can also turn negative impressions into positive memories with the right attitude

16. You have already had experience in a similar guest-oriented position.
17. Your communicative nature distinguishes you and you feel extremely comfortable in both German and English, any other foreign language is an advantage.
