We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Planning, Logistics & Stock Specialist who will support end-to-end planning, logistics coordination, and inventory management processes to ensure smooth operational flow between production, supply chain, and customer deliveries.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
~2–5 years of experience in logistics, planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations
~ Basic understanding of production planning, demand planning, or stock management processes
~ Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage
~ Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
~ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
~ Support production planning, demand planning, and supply planning activities in coordination with Sales and Supply Chain teams
Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels across warehouses
Support logistics operations including shipment tracking, delivery coordination, and documentation follow-up
Assist in order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery to customers
Support planning of inbound and outbound logistics activities, including international shipments when required
Maintain accurate data in ERP systems related to inventory, planning, and logistics processes
Prepare regular reports on stock levels, delivery performance, and planning accuracy
Identify operational issues in planning, logistics, and stock processes and escalate when necessary
Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and logistics workflows
Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure alignment of stock, cost, and logistics data
