The Role


We are looking for a Commercial Sales Executive to drive new business growth and close high-value deals with mid-market and commercial customers. You will be responsible for managing a high-velocity sales cycle, engaging multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful deal execution.

No Two Days Are The Same...


* Strategic acquisition: Identify and engage with commercial and mid-market prospects, navigating competitive sales cycles.
* Relationship management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
* Solution selling: Position the company’s AI-powered SaaS platform as a business-critical tool for customers.
* Negotiations & closing: Manage pricing, legal, and procurement processes, ensuring smooth deal closures.
* Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine the commercial sales strategy.


What Does Success Look Like? You consistently hit and exceed sales targets, helping drive continued 100% revenue growth. And you play a key role in refining and optimising the company’s commercial sales processes.


Your Skillset - What You Bring to the Table:


* Proven track record in commercial or mid-market SaaS sales, independently managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
* Process-driven sales approach, with the ability to navigate a high-volume inbound pipeline.
* Fluency in German and English, with experience selling into the German market.
* Ability to negotiate commercial contracts, managing procurement processes effectively.
* Self-starter mentality, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
