Senior SAP ILM Consultant – Germany (Hybrid/Remote Options)

Our client — a highly respected digital consulting partner working across major German enterprises — is expanding its SAP team and looking for a Senior SAP ILM Consultant to join their growing organisation.
In this role, you will:
* Lead the design and implementation of SAP ILM (Information Lifecycle Management) solutions.
* Drive data retention, archiving, and privacy-compliance initiatives across complex SAP landscapes.
* Advise customers on GDPR, data protection, lifecycle strategy, and ILM best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (BASIS, Security, Data, S/4HANA experts).
* Support migration and transformation projects, including S/4HANA readiness.
* Take ownership of customer workshops, solution architecture, and technical delivery.
✔️ What You Bring
* Several years of hands‑on SAP ILM experience (ILM Retention, ILM Archiving, ILM Decommissioning).
* Strong understanding of GDPR and data privacy requirements.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments or transformation programs.
* Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
