Field Contracts Manager &##128205; We are seeking an experienced Field Contracts Manager for one of our international clients in Lingen, Germany. In this role, you will ensure that contractors meet their contractual obligations on complex industrial (EPC/EPCM) projects. You will manage claims, contract changes, and risks during the construction phase, contributing to safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.
Monitor and enforce compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Report to the Project Management Team on contractual matters.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Law, or related fields).
Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management on EPC/EPCM projects.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in German is preferred.
