2. Knowledge management, data analytics, cost models, new workflows & tools including AI and digitalization

3. Production technologies, materials, design for manufacturing, value analysis, lean toolbox
4. Data analytic / IT tools e.g. Microsoft Power Platform, NLPP, Gemini, AI, TcPCM, CAD/CAM, Excel Macros
