To accelerate this journey, they’re looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking ERP Business Analyst with deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 – someone who’s not afraid to take ownership and lead transformation from the front.
&##As ERP Business Analyst, you’ll play a central role in the implementation and roll-out of a group-wide ERP system (MS Dynamics 365). From analyzing supply chain processes (Sales, Procurement, Production, Inventory, Planning) to running stakeholder workshops and owning the solution delivery – this is your opportunity to lead change with impact.
&##After a 12–18 month onboarding phase, take the lead on future ERP rollouts across Europe.
Act as the bridge between business and technology – translating business needs into smart ERP solutions.
Ensure smooth, goal-oriented project delivery with a focus on value and scalability.
&##3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within ERP/D365 projects.
~ Proven knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O) – hands-on experience required.
~ Skilled in process documentation and improvement – BPMN knowledge is a bonus.
~ Fluent in German and English (must-have).
