What you will do
1. Responsible for spare parts management
2. Receiving and checking incoming goods
3. Complying with standard customs regulations
4. Inventory control including regular analyses
5. Creating and editing delivery notes
6. Assignment and labeling of goods with MSTK numbers and their proper storage
7. Inventory optimization
8. Inventory
9. Coordinate material requirements planning using SAP system
10. Creation and support for material master data maintenance
11. Tracking and analyzing maintenance costs
12. Working in screen dialog with the required software
(SAP, SAP-PM, P2, MS Office)
13. Participation and management of local and central projects related to spare parts
14. Participation in WCM teams
15. Participate in the migration from SAP R3 to S4/HANA
16. Active participation in the global network
Mainly responsible for the apprenticeship in the warehouse
We believe you have
17. Ideally, you have a technical education with relevant SAP knowledge
18. Technically, five years with relevant experience in systems such as SAP and ARIBA
19. Expertise in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
20. Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
21. WCM experienced
22. PC skills with the relevant software
23. You are flexible and grasp complex relationships quickly and efficiently
24. You are characterized by analytical, conceptual and networked thinking
25. You possess strong communication skills and work in a solution-oriented manner
