* You analyze customer specifications for large-scale grid stability projects and translate them into technical designs for pumps, piping, and heat exchangers.
* You determine the required dimensions for cooling units, provide critical data to layout planners, and act as the technical bridge between internal departments and external partners.
* You create precise technical specifications, evaluate supplier bids, and lead technical negotiations with international vendors through to contract award and technical controlling.
* You ensure high-quality execution by conducting expediting and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at supplier sites, while proactively presenting system optimizations to the customer.
* You oversee the entire cycle and serve as the primary technical contact for site teams during installation and commissioning—both remotely and occasionally on-site.
* A degree (Bachelor/Master) in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical background.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in project execution, preferably within large-scale industrial or energy projects.
* Experience in cooling systems (pumps, motors, piping, fittings, recoolers, measurement and control technology)
* Solid knowledge in hardware selection, technical documentation, and the application of international standards and directives.
* Fluency in English (business fluent) is required; basic knowledge of German is a plus. You are willing to undertake international business trips (e.g., for inspections or site visits).
* Strong analytical skills, a team-oriented approach, and a proactive, result-driven working style.
