Your responsibilities:
The Jobholder (d/f/m) will work as Change & Communication (C&C) Manager in the field of digitalisationand Supply Chain.
1. Contribute to the definition of the "Industrial Supply Chain & Digital Operations"organisation e.g. Communication, Change & Culture Transformation strategy and associatedroadmap
2. Monitor and follow-up the progress of the roadmap
3. Perform business management activities for the (C&C) platform including harmonisation and designimprovement
4. Work collaboratively with (C&C) networks, as well as corporate communication to shapedepartments image and values
5. Benchmark and advise (C&C) leadership on communication strategies, including clear messagealignment and channel selection e.g. Roadshows, on boarding events, weblive, symposium, OTalk,hub, social media
6. Design and execute Team development journeys and workshops for fostering team spirit, teamdynamics, collaboration, agility, empowerment, emotional intelligence, psychological safety,resilience, well-being
Personal requirements:
7. Team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate with different reference persons
8. Assertive and customer-oriented person
9. Able to analyse complex problems, situations and find suitable solutions
10. Willingness to travel occasionally (ca. 1-2 in the month, in europe, duration ca. 2-3 days)
Studies:
11. Business Administration, at least Bachelor's degree programmeor
12. International Management, at least Bachelor's degree programmeor
13. Economics, at least Bachelor's degree programme
Professional experience:
14. Change management for at least 3 years
15. Project management at least 3 years
16. Process improvement at least 3 years
IT:
17. Google Workspace is an advantage
Knowledges:
18. Change management at least very good knowledge

Language skills:
20. German at least proficient
21. English at least business fluent
