Your tasks
In this varied position, you will manage the hybrid system landscape and develop your professional skills:
8. M365 administration: administration of the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, user management) and responsibility for smooth operation
9. Server operation (hybrid): Administration of the Windows server landscape (AD, DNS, DHCP) and assumption of operational tasks in Linux server operation (e.g. SuSE)
10. IT support & troubleshooting: taking over 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support and assisting users with tricky IT issues
11. Career opportunity (further development): Step by step, "on the job", familiarization with the administration of SAP Basis - an area with excellent future prospects
12. Security & projects: Support with regard to securing the infrastructure and the team during exciting rollouts and migration projects

Your profile
We are looking for a motivated technician with a solid foundation who is keen to broaden their horizons.
19. Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable IT qualification
20. Approx. 2 to 3 years of professional experience in IT administration or qualified support
21. Very good knowledge of M365 administration and sound knowledge of the Windows Server environment
22. Professional experience in the administration of Linux servers (basic understanding of the console/shell is a prerequisite)
23. Languages: Fluent written and spoken German and good to very good written and spoken English skills
24. Mindset: Open-minded team player with a structured way of working and a high willingness to learn new topics such as SAP
25. Mobility: Willingness to travel between the Hattersheim and Gedern locations (driving license class B required).
