This groundbreaking technology enables the development of next-generation devices in augmented reality, telecommunications, and biological sensors.
Profile
* You hold an M.Eng. or equivalent in mechanical engineering with at least ten years of experience in precision equipment design.
* Essential experience in semiconductor processing or related industries is required, along with proficiency in technical drawings and simulation software.
* You demonstrate outstanding analytical skills, proven hands-on problem-solving abilities, and leadership experience in guiding engineering teams.
Tasks
* You'll lead the design and development of precision mechanical components for advanced lithographic equipment from concept to production.
* Your role involves managing complex engineering projects within specified timelines and budgets while implementing rigorous quality control measures.
* You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and software developers, to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly.
* Additionally, you'll mentor your engineering team and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in design processes.
