Tasks
1. Assisting in the assessment and determination of nursing needs and caring for patients on the ward
2. Participating in nursing rounds and supporting colleagues
3. Documenting the nursing process and assisting with material supply
4. Providing direct patient care
5. Contributing to the development of nursing processes and ward procedures
Profile
6. Completed nursing education obtained abroad
7. Recognition notice from the Bavarian State Office for Nursing
8. German language skills at a minimum of level B1, with a willingness to continuously improve your language proficiency
9. Enthusiasm and strong motivation to work in our team and support our patients
10. Friendliness, a sense of responsibility, and professionalism
11. Good interpersonal skills in dealing with patients
12. High willingness to learn
13. Motivation and discipline to complete the recognition process promptly
