2. University Degree or equivalent in Economic, finance, or Accounting
3. Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst in manufacturing company or similar role ( min 3-5 years)
4. Fast learner and ability to also work independently
5. Ability to cope with tight deadlines, proactive, organized and results oriented strong continuous improvement mindset focused on generating information and recommendations, not just data
6. Culturally sensitive and comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international matrix organization
7. Proactive, hardworking, good communication, execution, detail-oriented
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required with advanced Excel skills, Power BI would be an advantage
9. Must be proficient in the English language. German would be an advantage
Your main tasks:
10. Build and maintain strong partnerships with Regional and Plant Controllers to ensure effective collaboration across the region.
11. Drive centralization and standardization of reporting processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
12. Consolidate monthly financial results and rolling forecasts with a focus on P&L, Capex, and operational KPIs.
13. Deliver timely and accurate ad-hoc financial reports and analyses at Region level
14. Support on-demand requests from plants and actively contribute to special projects, including providing backup support for plant teams and stepping into plant-related activities when required
15. Identify and implement opportunities to optimize and streamline reporting workflows.
16. Manage and oversee non-plant financials for the region, including acting as the primary business partner for Outbound Freight
17. Support any internal audit requirements related if needed
