Your Responsibilities
* Manage material planning and procurement to ensure smooth and efficient material flow within the supply chain
* Monitor material availability and coordinate internal distribution across relevant stakeholders and locations
* Generate reports and analyze spare parts data to support accurate demand forecasting and improve decision-making
* Negotiate and manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and performance tracking
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to align supply planning with service requirements and operational priorities
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or a relevant vocational qualification (e.g., in logistics, materials management, or procurement)
* Good language skills in both English and German
* Ability to work in an international environment where English is the primary language of communication
* IT skills: Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with a strong ability to analyze data
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
