For our Digital Transformation department at Plochingen we are looking for a
Automation Solution Consultant (f/m/d)
Your Responsibilities:
* You advise and support business units throughout their digital transformation journey and identify automation potential
* You develop and implement automation solutions based on UiPath
* You design and realize agentic AI solutions that independently analyze processes, make decisions, and act
* You serve as an interface between business and technology — you speak both languages
* You train and empower colleagues in the business units to operate and further develop automations independently
* You drive the internal development of an automation ecosystem and best practices
Your Profile:
* You have a completed degree in business administration, (business) informatics, (industrial) engineering, digital business management, data science or a comparable field of study
* You have several years of work experience in developing and rolling out RPA solutions using UiPath
* You are familiar with working with Agentic AI - you plan und implement autonomous AI agents that act independently, make context-based decisions and interact with other systems
* You have knowledge in stakeholder management and in providing advisory support to business departments, and you are a team player with strong communication skills who enjoys contributing your expertise to cross-functional collaboration
