We are seeking an experienced EPC Contract Manager with a technical background in Quantity Surveying or Engineering and at least 5 years of experience, particularly in offshore wind projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage high-value, complex tier-1 contracts to ensure all contractual deliverables are met during the construction phase.
* Collaborate closely with Project Managers and package teams to address contractual and commercial matters, manage risks, and mitigate project impacts.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors on all commercial and contractual issues.
* Draft employer communications and respond to contractor correspondence.
* Oversee change management, including variation orders, amendments, and settlement agreements.
* Handle claims management, including drafting, substantiation, and negotiation, with a focus on offshore-specific claims.
* Manage commercial operations, including payment applications, cost forecasting, and commercial reporting to the project team.
* Support procurement activities, including the acquisition of additional equipment and scope during the construction phase, with active use of SAP.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in offshore wind project contract management.
* Strong technical background in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
* Proven ability to manage complex EPCI contracts and oversee all aspects of contract performance and claims resolution.
