Job Description
* Own and continuously optimize key processes within accounts receivable and general ledger accounting
* Manage projects and interfaces related to our ERP and accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP S/4HANA)
* Support the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (especially Controlling, Tax, and Internal Audit) as well as external auditors
Qualifications
* Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification (e.g., certified accountant)
* Several years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, or tax advisory
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
* High affinity for IT and very good MS Office skills
* Strong analytical mindset and enthusiasm for complex topics
* Independent, proactive working style combined with strong communication skills
