YOUR TASKS

To meet this aspiration, we need reliable and service-oriented IT support. We are therefore looking for a committed IT Support Employee (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
YOUR TASKS
* Providing first and second level support to our employees for hardware and software queries
* Analyzing, processing, and documenting faults via the internal ticket system
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices
* Maintaining standard software (including Microsoft 365) and providing support for updates and rollouts
* Working closely with IT administration, production, and other departments
YOUR PROFILE
* Completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician) or comparable qualification
* Relevant professional experience in the IT field
* Good English skills
* Good knowledge of Windows domain environments, Microsoft 365, and basic networking topics
* Practical experience with VLAN, patching, access points
* Experience with ticket systems and standardized support processes
* Good understanding of operational processes
* Strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and enjoyment of working with users
* Structured approach to work, ability to work in a team, and willingness to take on responsibility
* Residence close to the company + FS class B desirable
