Job Description
We are seeking a resilient, strategic, and self-driven Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to further expand our footprint in the Endocrinology/Rare Disease market through a client-dedicated role. You will be responsible for driving the customer journey experience in MVZs and hospitals. Across your territory you will manage all customer activities, engaging with key stakeholders, and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Serves as the primary driver for establishing and expanding relationships with all key and secondary accounts, effectively opening doors and unlocking sales opportunities
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, prescribers, and healthcare decision-makers.
3. Support the introduction therapeutic approaches by engaging with healthcare professionals and facilitating the integration of new treatment options into clinical practice.
4. Educate stakeholders on the value proposition of our product portfolio.
5. Identify access barriers and develop tailored solutions to gain market entry and drive adoptions
6. Close collaboration with the Sales team and MSL
Qualifications:
7. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
8. 2–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical field as KAM/Sales
9. Experience in Rare Disease or Endocrinology
10. Ideally experience with launches or knowledge of it
11. Fluency in German and good English.
12. Excellent team work capabilities
This is a field-based role, any other non-field days are in home office.
