Over the past four years, I’ve been building a small but steadily growing company in the field of Talent Acquisition. This growth has been possible thanks to a clear focus on quality, outcomes and client satisfaction.
As I’m now in the process of transforming my sole proprietorship into a limited company (GmbH), I’m looking for a Freelance Junior Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) on an hourly basis (starting at around 20 hours per month) from November onwards.
This position is 100% remote and open to candidates anywhere in the EU.
Tasks
In this role, you will:
* Build and maintain lead lists
* Conduct research on target companies and key contacts
* Collaborate with me on outreach and first contact activities
* Support the creation of communication materials, such as short presentations
Requirements
* You have a quality- and results-oriented mindset
* You are proactive, ambitious and eager to learn and grow
* You’re looking for a long-term collaboration based on trust and reliability
* First experience in Sales or Lead Generation is a plus
* You are legally able to work as a freelancer in your country of residence
* You possess excellent English or German language skills
