The Securities Services business of BNP Paribas is one of Europe's leading providers of custody services for securities.
The Luxembourg branch plays a major part in its operations, offering clients high value-added services extending from custody to securities lending, fund administration, performance measurement and ratings, and bond issuance services.
We are currently looking for a:
Private Capital - Transfer Agent Officer (M/F)
WHAT'S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?
To process reporting and payments
Participation in the launch of new funds (or sub-funds), SICAR, RAIF, FIS and unregulated entities.
Creation and maintenance of share/unitholders' register on eFront (FIA).
Process and control of capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions and transfers of shares/units.
Verification of collected documents with regards to Capital movements calculations and any other payments towards investors.
Preparation and sending of Notices and share/unitholders' statements to the fund's.
Preparation/review of specific investors reporting.
Handling of all incoming requests, either from client, either from other counterparts, regarding the Private Capital TA tasks.
Make sure that checklists are completed on time, exhaustively and double-checked before providing the output to the client.
Provide client service & support for BAU and ongoing operational issues. Archiving of all TA documents.
Ensure relevant information is passed to the Fund Accountant and Custody teams.
Maintaining efficient external and internal relationships with clients, managers, TA KYC, domiciliation team, Business Implementation, sales representatives, auditors…
If required be involved in department projects.
Support other Private Capital teams if required.

Professional experience and/or degree
Minimum Bachelor in Finance or Master's Degree
Experience in the fields of Transfer Agency or knowledges of Fund industry (Private Capital being an advantage)
