Your TasksQuality Function Management:Develop, implement, and manage overall quality systems, processes, and procedures.Lead internal and external audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).Drive continuous improvement using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.APQP & PPAP:Lead cross-functional teams through APQP phases for new product development and engineering changes.Prepare and submit PPAP documentation to OEMs and Tier-1 customers per AIAG standards.Maintain control plans, DFMEA, PFMEA, and ensure production readiness.Quality Assurance:Ensure all quality requirements are met during production, including process control, inspection, and testing.Monitor product quality through SPC, GR&R, and capability studies.Handle non-conformances and manage corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).Customer QA & Warranty Management:Act as the primary quality contact for customer interactions, audits, and concerns.Analyze warranty data, conduct root cause analysis, and lead resolution efforts.Lead customer complaint resolution using structured problem-solving methods.PFMEA, Control Plan & PFD:Facilitate creation and updates of PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), and Control Plans in line with AIAG requirements.Ensure risk mitigation strategies are implemented and updated regularly.QPR (Quality Performance Reporting):Monitor and report on internal and external quality metrics.Analyze trends and provide strategic inputs to reduce defects and improve process capability.Present Quality KPIs to leadership and drive action plans.Your ProfileBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial preferred).8–10 years of experience in quality functions in manufacturing (preferably automotive).In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).Proficient in quality problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).Strong communication and customer-facing skills.Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multitask effectively.A competitive salary and range of benefits.Be part of worldwide team with very big challenges ahead, which bring huge development opportunities for people with big career goals.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment then look no further.We are an equal opportunity employer where inclusion matters; this is evidenced by us being a Disability confident Committed Employer.
