Job Title: BIM Manager Location: Construction – Data Centre Projects

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Manager to lead the Building Information Modelling (BIM) function on high-value data centre construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all models and designs are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project requirements—ensuring successful delivery through design validation and issue resolution before construction begins.

BIM Execution Planning : Develop, maintain, and enforce project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g. Data Management : Ensure accuracy and consistency of model data, metadata, and information outputs for use in construction, procurement, and facility management.
Software Management : Use and manage common BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and other relevant software for model checking and coordination.
Quality Assurance : Lead QA/QC reviews of BIM deliverables and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
Support Construction Readiness : Proven experience in a BIM Manager or senior BIM coordination role within the construction industry, ideally on mission-critical or data centre projects.
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design processes, digital construction workflows, and information management.
Expert user of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 (or similar CDE platforms).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into practical advice.
