Your tasks
?
1. As a Working Student (m/f/x), you will actively support our Scrum Masters in the Vehicle Booking System (VBS) project and make a significant contribution to ensuring a smooth workflow.
2. In this role, you will assist in the creation of reports and automate queries in Jira, making an important contribution to increasing efficiency and optimizing our workflows.
3. You will be responsible for the regular preparation of project plans and meetings (Retro, Dailies, Reviews, etc.) and support the execution and follow-up.
4. In addition, you will be an important interface for communication with our project staff by creating and sending mailings to ensure a smooth flow of information within the project.
Your profile?
5. You are an enrolled student (m/f/x) of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field of study, and you have excellent communication skills in dealing with teams and customers.
6. Confident use of Office Tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams is a matter of course for you, and ideally you also have knowledge of Atlassian Tools such as Jira and Confluence, as well as Web Tools such as Mural.
7. You enjoy moderating meetings and are able to design them in a goal-oriented and efficient manner.
8. Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as the willingness to work on-site when needed in addition to remote work, complete your profile.
