Your tasks
7. Development and implementation of high-performance databases
8. Design of data models and optimization of queries and database structures with regard to performance and scalability
9. Responsibility for the entire life cycle of the databases, including maintenance, data backup and ensuring ongoing operation.
10. Creation of analyses as well as development and implementation of concepts and application software
11. Ensuring the functionality of the supported processes and software components, including problem analysis and troubleshooting.
12. Participation in and development of testing and quality assurance measures
13. Use of specific clinical application systems and modules
14. Creation and evaluation of reports on the database systems used in cooperation with the specialist departments.
15. Technical consulting for internal departments regarding new user requirements
16. Management of external service providers, including quality control of delivered work packages.
Your profile
17. Completed vocational training, e.g. as an IT specialist with several years of professional experience, or a comparable qualification
18. Extensive, task-relevant professional experience in software development
19. Several years of experience in data modeling as well as in the analysis, design and development processes of software projects.
20. Solid knowledge of MS-SQL and Oracle databases
21. Strong understanding of technical, business, and organizational requirements
22. Analytical thinking skills, sound judgment, communication and teamwork skills, and openness to new ideas and processes.
